The Class is designed to provide education relating to common issues from conception to the postpartum period. We discuss issues like stages of labor, how to prepare for delivery, birth plans, postpartum support , weight management, returning to work, weaning baby, pumping and resources, nutrition etc

$80 per individual + GST
