One Initial Consult

• Initial assessment and review of mother and baby

• Feeding observation

• Mental health support

• Breastfeeding plans and Care

• Referral and clinical plan to other providers if required.

  Note: This Service doesn’t afford the opportunity to do oral assessment on baby. A follow up Consult might be recommended.

Home Lactation Consult

This service is available for mother and baby after delivery. Lasts for 50mins . It includes:

• Weight check and charting

• Breastfeeding plans and Care

• Referral and care plan to other providers if required.

  Note: This Service doesn’t afford the opportunity to do oral assessment on baby. A follow up Consult might be recommended.

Lactation Consult ( Virtual )

This service is available for mother and baby after delivery. Lasts for 1hour. It includes:

• Initial assessment and review of mother and baby

• Feeding observation

• Mental health support

• Breastfeeding plans and Care

• Referral and clinical plan to other providers if required.
